INFORMATION: ACHD FYP 27-31 Project Process ACHD will overview the ACHD FYP 27-31 update process. The first two years of the Plan are tied directly to the ACHD’s 2027-2028 Budget. Presenter: Edinson Bautista. 4. ACTION: ACHD FYP 27-31 Prioritization Discuss draft prioritization from the subcommittee for the ACHD FYP 27-31, and make a formal recommendation to City Council. Presenter: Brian McClure. 5. INFORMATION: Use of School Flashers during Lunch Periods Discuss the use of school flashers during lunch periods, and understand how they've been working. 6. INFORMATION: Temporary Traffic Controls Discuss the use of temporary traffic controls during ACHD Capital projects. 7.
