Exhibit A
A parcel of land for a conditional use permit being Lots 1 through 5, Block 1 of Rolling Hill Subdivision
(Book 18, Pages 1202-1203) situated in the Southwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 16,Township
3 North, Range 1 East, B.M., Ada County, Idaho being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at a brass cap marking the South 1/4 corner of said Section 16,which bears N89°13'15"W
a distance of 2,676.88 feet from an aluminum cap marking the Southeast corner of said Section 16,
thence following the southerly line of said Southwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4, S89°13'15"E a distance
of 1,003.15 feet;
Thence leaving said southerly line, NOO°46'45"E a distance of 48.00 feet to the easterly boundary of said
Lot 1,the northerly right-of-way of E.Overland Rd., and being the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Thence leaving said easterly boundary and following said northerly right-of-way the following two (2)
courses:
1. N89.13'15"W a distance of 621.73 feet;
2. N49°54'43"W a distance of 27.98 feet to the easterly right-of-way of S. Rolling Hill Dr.;
Thence leaving said northerly right-of-way and following said easterly right-of-way, N00°05'08"W a
distance of 445.29 feet to the southerly right-of-way of E.View Circle;
Thence leaving said easterly right-of-way and following said southerly right-of-way, N89'21'05"E a
distance of 310.79 feet to the Northwest corner of said Lot 2;
Thence leaving said southerly right-of-way and following the southerly boundary of Lot 6, Block 1 of said
Rolling Hill Subdivision, N89"21'05"E a distance of 333.36 feet to the Northeast corner of said Lot 1;
Thence leaving said southerly boundary and following the easterly boundary of said Lot 1,SOO°02'37"W
a distance of 479.05 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Said parcel contains a total of 6.96 acres, more or less,and is subject to all existing easements and/or
rights-of-way of record or implied.
All subdivisions,deeds,records of surveys,and other instruments of record referenced herein are recorded
documents of the county in which these described lands are situated.
Attached hereto is Exhibit B and by this reference is made a part hereof.
