Final Plat Application
Dear Planner:
Attached for your review and favorable consideration is the Final Plat Application for the Hadler
Subdivision No. 3 Residential Community located off Locust Grove south of Lake Hazel Rd. This third and final
phase of construction consists of 27 residential lots and 1 common lot on 3.28 acres of land in the R-15 district.
Qualified open space in this phase is 0.22 acres or 6.73%.

Statement of Conformance:
This final plat is in conformance with (1)the approved preliminary plat and meeting all requirements or
