Having met with the developer for Farrington Heights on Jan 8, along with other neighbors, a proposal which I submitted in December coincides with plan revision work done by the developer's team. I proposed this revision IF R15 zoning were to be approved. However, I do Not favor rezoning to R15, since primary objections voiced by neighbors to this higher density development plan are unresolved: - Parking impact on the surrounding neighborhood - Increased congestion - Increased traffic load on North Adkins Ave - Increased noise from much higher density than surrounding neighborhood - Decreased privacy inherent from higher density zoning Please load the attached files so that I may refer to them this evening when speaking. I request a 3 minute opportunity to do so during the planning meeting tonight.
