Alternative Compliance
We ask that alternative compliance be considered for the landscaping along our pathways within the
Williams Pipeline easement. We provide areas of enhanced landscaping undulating throughout the area,
but outside of the easement, due to the restrictions the Williams Pipeline has (no trees, shrubs, fence,
etc.within the easement area). All trees and larger shrubs will be provided in pockets that lay outside
the easement area. We provide flowers, planter beds, and sod throughout the easement which we
believe beautifies the pathway system while still conforming to the requirements of the Williams
Pipeline.
