Please accept this letter as certification that the centerline elevations of the proposed streets within Apex
Northwest Subdivision No.7 are designed a minimum of three(3)feet above the seasonal high ground water
elevation. The geotechnical investigation, "Apex Farr Subdivision", prepared by Atlas and dated December 4,
2023, was used to determine the approximate groundwater elevations relative to the street centerline
elevations.
