To: City Clerk; Mayor and City Council,
I am writing to request immediate clarification regarding Item H-2025-0030 (Cherry Blossom East)
scheduled for tonight’s City Council meeting.
The published agenda indicates that the applicant has requested a continuance, and the item is listed
as “continued from December 9.” Based on this language, we reasonably understood that the matter
would not be heard tonight and relied on that representation.
To avoid procedural ambiguity, I respectfully request that the City Council either:
1. formally grant the continuance by motion at the outset of the meeting, or
2. confirm in writing that the item will not be heard tonight.
If the Council intends to proceed despite the agenda language, please consider this email a formal
objection for the record. Proceeding without clarification would prejudice our ability to participate,
including our ongoing efforts to retain legal counsel and to respond to unresolved technical and
access issues that remain uncorrected in the record.
