The applicant is requesting approval of a short plat for the property located at 303 Pine Avenue,
Meridian, Idaho. The intent is to split off and create an additional lot from the existing
developed property, allowing for the construction of a new single-family residence consistent
with the surrounding neighborhood.
The proposed lot split complies with the City of Meridian's zoning and subdivision requirements
and is designed to support compatible residential development. Both lots will have legal access
and be served by public utilities. No variances are requested, and all improvements will be
constructed in accordance with city standards, per the terms set in the Short Plat Application
List."
