A parcel of land located in the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 16,Township 3
North, Range 1 West, Boise Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast Corner of Section 16 of said Township 3 North, Range 1 West, (from
which point the North One Quarter Corner of said Section 16 bears North 89°24'22"West, 2641.42 feet
distant);
Thence North 89°24'22" West, a distance of 495.26 feet on the north boundary line of said Section 16
and the centerline of West Franklin Road to the POINT OF BEGINNING;
Thence South 00'40'41" West, a distance of 1328.40 feet to a point on the centerline of the
Rosenlof Drain;
Thence North 89° 23' 16" West, a distance of 758.36 feet on said centerline;
Thence North 00°39' 11" East, a distance of 1328.16 feet to a point on said north boundary line;
Thence South 89' 24' 22" East, a distance of 758.94 feet on said north boundary line to the POINT
OF BEGINNING.
The above described easement contains 23.13 acres more or less.
