Idaho 83642 to hear the following request(s):
SHP-2025-0005 Mogul North:Short Plat consisting of four
(4)building lots on 6.76 acres of land in the M-E and H-E zon-
ing districts, located at 4305 W. Grand Mogul Dr.Applicant:

SHP-2025-0006 Mogul South: Short Plat consisting of two
(2) buildable lots on 12.89 acres of land in the WE and WE
zoning districts,generally located 1/4 mile east of S.Black Cat
