Please find attached a Plat Amendment Application for the property located at 2025 N . Jericho Road, parcel
No . R5672670090 in Meridian, Ada County, Idaho . We are requesting the existing 26 . 6 foot wide public
utility, drainage and irrigation easement on the south boundary be reduced to 10 foot wide on this lot . The
parcel is a well lot that is approximately 0 . 31 - acres , located in an R- 8 Zone within the Meridian Place No 1
Subdivision and is the site for a new water treatment facility .
The proposed water treatment facility is planned to be built in this vacated portion of the easement . The new
building will be situated near the west edge of the lot . I have received easement relinquishment letters for
this area from public utilities and the irrigation district .
