Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District does not have a facility we claim ownership nor do we claim an easement as
described in the information you sent me , along the southern boundary of this property 2025 N Jericho Road . However
we know for fact there is a waste line that flows water to the Jackson Drain that needs to be protected in the back of this
lot and the other properties to the west of this address . We will have no further comment on this request to vacate the
easement .
Please consider this email as NMID' s official response .

Subject : Meridian Place No . 1 - Partial Easement Vacation
Hi Mr . Curtis,
I ' m a project manager with the City of Meridian and I ' m writing you in regards to the 26 . 6' easement on the southern
boundary of 2025 N . Jericho Road , Meridian , ID . The City of Meridian would like to vacate the northern 16 . 6 ' of this
utility, drainage , and irrigation easement for the construction of a building that will contain a water treatment facility for
the existing domestic well . In order to vacate this portion of the easement, I need a written statement from you as the

irrigation agency that says you approve of this request . The proposed vacation easement, exhibit, and vicinity map is
attached .
