RE: Subdivision Name Reservation: MOGUL NORTH SUBDIVISION
At your request, I will reserve the name Mogul North Subdivision to include Parcel R8956280200 all
Located in T3N, R1 W, S.15, SW1/4, Meridian for your project. I can honor this reservation only as long as
your project is in the approval process. Final approval can only take place when the final plat is recorded
and listed conditions are meet.
This subdivision is being reserved at the same time as Mogul South Sub. If this subdivision is
submitted after a phase of Mogul South Sub records it will require:
1. An owner entity that signed Mogul South Sub plat will need to sign this plat OR
2. A recorded Permission to use Subdivision Name letter from the signing entity of Mogul
South Sub to the owner entity that will be signing this Subdivision plat.
Also please be aware the subdivision being created is located within 1000 feet of an interstate
natural gas or petroleum product pipeline, and therefore must conform to I.C. 50-1304(2) L.

terminated by the client, the jurisdiction or the conditions of approval have not been met, in which case
the name can be re-used by someone else.
