Dear Planning and Zoning Staff,
This letter is intended to comply with Meridian Code certifying that all street centerline
elevations are set a minimum of three feet above the highest established normal
groundwater elevation.
Groundwater was monitored at this site by Geotek for a couple years and data was used to
establish high water.
