RE: Subdivision Name Reservation: MOGUL SOUTH SUBDIVISION
At your request, I will reserve the name Mogul South Subdivision to include Parcel R8956280100 all
Located in T3N, R1 W, S.15, SW1/4, Meridian for your project. I can honor this reservation only as long as
your project is in the approval process. Final approval can only take place when the final plat is recorded
and listed conditions are meet.
This subdivision is being reserved at the same time as Mogul North Sub. If this subdivision is
submitted after a phase of Mogul North Sub records it will require:
1. An owner entity that signed Mogul North Sub plat will need to sign this plat OR
2. A recorded Permission to use Subdivision Name letter from the signing entity of Mogul
North Sub to the owner entity that will be signing this Subdivision plat.
Also please be aware the subdivision being created is located within 1000 feet of an interstate
natural gas or petroleum product pipeline, and therefore must conform to I.C. 50-1304(2) 1.

This reservation is available for the project as long as it is in the approval process unless the project is
terminated by the client, the jurisdiction or the conditions of approval have not been met, in which case
the name can be re-used by someone else.
