I am writing to invite you to a neighborhood meeting about a proposed Development Agreement
Modification for the property located at 1725 W Pine Ave, Meridian, ID 83642.
Project summary:
I am proposing a modification to the Development Agreement on file for this property (parcel#
S 1211417479)which will refine the cross-access provisions to provide a more purposeful cross-access
plan consistent with future neighboring site uses.
Meeting details:

Purpose: To present the proposed modification and to answer questions from neighbors prior to

Summary of Discussion:
The applicant explained the proposal to modify the existing Development Agreement on file for
the property at 1725 W Pine Avenue. The modification will refine the cross-access provisions to
establish a more purposeful and coordinated cross-access plan consistent with future neighboring
site uses.
One neighboring property owner attended the meeting. The applicant presented a site map
illustrating the current and proposed cross-access layout and described how the change would
improve connectivity and future circulation between parcels.
The attending neighbor asked clarifying questions about how the revised access plan may impact
traffic flow and shared driveways in the area. The applicant explained that the proposed
