Subject: Annexation Request
I am requesting annexation of my property into the City of Meridian to connect to City utilities,
as my existing sewer system is no longer functioning. I have entered into an agreement with the
Public Works Department and have already connected to City utilities; however, the annexation
process must be completed to finalize the connection to City services. The property is proposed
to be annexed with an R-4 (medium-low density residential) zoning designation to allow
continued residential use of the home.
