The parcel is currently under multiple ownership but is currently being transferred to the applicant. Affidavits of Legal Interest are attached per the CITY OF MERIDIAN ANNEXATION/REZONE APPLICATION CHECKLIST. The subject site is currently within Ada County and is zone R-1. The applicant is requesting a rezone to CG — General Retail and Service Commercial District. This site has access to arterial streets. This parcel of land is within the City of Meridian Urban Services Planning Area 2005 and is designated as Commercial on the City of Meridian Future Land Use Map.
