Attached for your review and favorable consideration is the Final Plat Application for the Adero
Subdivision No. 2 Residential Community located off Ten Mile Road north of McMillan Road. This second phase
of construction consists of 55 residential lots, 10 common lots. Landscaped Common Lots in this phase equals
2.43 acres or 21.7%.
