Honorable Chairman and Commission Members:
Representing the residents of the Woodbridge Subdivision, Meridian and acting as Board
members of the Home Owners Association we submit this letter. We request on behalf of
the residents that you do NOT give approval to the above cited project proposed by JE
Development LLC. Some of our reasons are as follows:
1. The requested rezone to R..15 is not compatible with the R4 density of oW'
community.
2. That creating high..density housing this close to our community does not create
a buffer.
3. That this project will greatly increase cross thru traffic in our community.
4. That a project of this density this close to our community will greatly reduce
the value of our homes.
