" .'~. - SUBJECT: Bellabrook Subdivision/MRZ07 -006/MCUP07 -005 300 S. Locust Grove Multi-family development On July 25th 2006 ACHD acted on the above referenced application. Since then, the applicant has redesigned the development to accommodate a higher density, with the internal roadway system constructed as private rather than public. As a result, ACHD does not have any requirements for the internal private roads, and the applicant should only comply with the improvement and right-ot-way requirements tor Locust Grove Road. Additionally, the applicant should submit construction drawings to the ACHD Development review prior to tinal approval, and pay all applicable review and impact tees.
