The project meets the Criteria in 2018 IFC, Appendix D, D104 so from a Fire Code standpoint they do not require two access points. Let me know if you have any questions. Good Afternoon Stacy, I am reaching out regarding a plan modification to our CZC/DR application for A-2025- 0025, otherwise known as Franklin Storage. After some coordination with the engineering department, the fire department, and ACHD, we would like to move forward with removing the emergency access from Franklin Road into the site. ACHD would not like us to have this access, and the Fire Marshal has approved of this adjustment as well. With this change, this would leave for some room for extended building 6 25'-0" to the west. I have attached the latest Site Plan along with the updated elevations for building 6 for your review. Would this sort of change require a new submittal for CZC/DR application? Or would we be apply to apply for a plan mod for A-2025-0025?
