Outstanding Issues before Council: none Applicant Provided Written Agreement with Conditions: Yes Project: Tapestry Subdivision Modification Location: north of I -84 and west of Linder Outstanding Issues before Council: final plat modification to revise the approved landscape plan and a portion of the interior fencing in Tapestry Subdivision. Approved interior fencing was a four-foot tall vinyl fence. The applicant is requesting a six-foot tall vinyl fence with three foot step-downs. The applicant is also requesting to revise the landscape plan to show the correct trees to be mitigated and retained on site. Staff Recommendation: Approval
