Hello,
We are requesting an urgent correction to the Cherry Blossom East plans prior to approval.
The engineering plan omits a major existing power pole and the underground power line that serve the
Hanson property. The pole is located immediately west, just past the Fusselman property, at the shared
southern driveway entrance from NW 4th Street.
This omission is significant because:
• The power pole and underground utilities physically constrain the driveway width to less than 20 feet.
• Once correctly shown, the driveway clearly doesn’t meet the INFS standard of 20 feet, which impacts
fire access compliance and service access.
• The pole also creates a safety hazard if not accounted for — emergency or sanitation vehicles would
have no documented clearance.
The applicant did verbally acknowledge this issue at a previous public hearing, but the corrected plans
submitted for tonight still do not show the pole or the utilities.

For reference and clarity, we have attached Exhibit A, showing the missing pole circled on the official
plan page.
We respectfully request that this be corrected in the engineering documents before final approval is
considered.
