THIS CERTIFICATE OF ELECTION is to certify that the levy measure set forth in City of
Meridian Resolution No. 25-2528 was approved by the voters on November 4, 2025 in
accordance with Idaho law. The tabulation of votes and certificate of election are set forth in City
of Meridian Resolution No. 25-2552.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this Certificate of Election has been signed by the Mayor and City
Clerk of the City of Meridian, and the City of Meridian corporate seal has been hereto affixed on
December q, 2025.
