Staff has been made aware that the applicant for Strate Apartments failed to post
adequate notice of the public hearing on the property for the May 17, 2007, Planning
and Zoning Commission hearing. Staff is requesting the Commission open and
continue the public hearing for Strate Apartments (CUP..07-011) to the next
available Commission hearing on June 7th, allowing time for the applicant to
place public notice on the property.
