To Plannillg and Zoning,
Intermountain Gas Company has reoeived your letter of application. In order to best serve this
development Intermountain Gas does require that a S' minimum utility easement along the interior
lot lines and a 10' minimum utility easement along all right of ways or private drive. The private
drive oftbe development would also be required to include a utility easement for Intermountain
Gas to encroach into with the gas lines.
