RE: Subdivision Name Reservation: VANGUARD VILLAGE WEST SUBDIVISION
At your request, I will reserve the name Vanguard Village West Subdivision to include Parcel
R8956280300 located in T3N, R1W, S.15, S1/2, Meridian for your project. I can honor this reservation only
as long as your project is in the approval process. Final approval can only take place when the final plat
is recorded and listed conditions are meet.
1. An owner entity that signed Vanguard Village Sub No 1 plat will need to sign this plat OR
2. A recorded Permission to use Subdivision Name letter from the signing entity of Vanguard Village
Sub to the owner entity that will be signing this Subdivision plat.
• Also please be aware the subdivision being created is located within 1000 feet of an interstate
natural gas or petroleum product pipeline, and therefore must conform to I.C. 50-1304(2) L.
