Dear City Council Members,
I am writing in regards to our application for rezone and
comprehensive plan amendment (RZ-07-002, CPA-07-001). I will be
arriving back into town the night of May 15, 2007 with hopes of
attending the city council meeting. If I do not make it within the time
frame, please know that I don't have any issues with the staff report
or the requirement of a Development Agreement for the elevations.
I would appreciate your consideration for this request for rezone and
map amendment. We are seeking to improve the lot not to down
grade it.
