The Highway District has not received the required traffic impact study, and therefore cannot complete its review of the submitted applications. Idaho State Code 67-6519(3), requires public school facilities to complete a traffic impact study. I have attached the requirements identified in the state code. Once the traffic study is submitted and reviewed, the District will complete its analysis of the above referenced applications.
