To Whom it may concern,
I am wri?ng to show my objec?on to the building of 70 townhomes in the Century Farm community. I feel like the CBH
community fulfills the requirement for mixed homes in our area. At the moment our roads are busy and our schools are
full. The general community consensus is we would love for that piece of land to remain zoned for commercial usage.
The current commercial developments have not been a bother and there has been a lot of comments about the lacking
of small community shops and restaurants. Once again I feel that we meet all of the required mixed housing already and
we should just s?ck with the original plan.
