In response to your request for comment, the Ada County Highway District (ACHD) staff
has reviewed the submitted application. The Highway District has not received the
required traffic impact study, and therefore cannot complete its review of the submitted
applications. Idaho State Code 67-6519(3), requires public school facilities to complete a
traffic impact study. I have attached the requirements identified in the state code. Once
the traffic study is submitted and reviewed, the District will complete its analysis of the
above referenced applications.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me at (208) 387-6171.
Sincerely,
~~~~
