Monthly Experience Reports May not yet available.
Monthly Financial Reports May not yet available. $60k high claimant coming. End
of May $2.3M in the Trust account. On upward trend for the moment.
Quarterly Financial Reports Q2 ends 6/30/25.
3. Discussion and Action Items
Renewal for 2026 Gallagher negotiation Rx renewal with BCI. Expect to have rates
next week.
Deficit Discussion Slight downward trend for the moment. Still have not heard from
DOI on whether they have accepted our letter on the Q1 deficit.
Budget Amendment Request to City Council Council requested to reduce budget
amendment to only request Q1 deficit amount instead of the forecasted amount. On
th
the agenda for June 24.
Payments of bills, if any Kevin West $170.60 for Legal Services
Smartshopper – Reba to provide flyer to trustees and benefits committee members to
promote the program and help drive utilization.
Program Communications – Utilize Workday platform once it is up and running.
Will begin using announcements feature as well as Workday Learning.
Blue Cross Updates, if any None
Gallagher Updates, if any Updated experience and projections as well as 2026
renewals will be ready soon.
