Good afternoon,
I’m writing to support DENIAL of this rezone from commercial ground to allow more high
density residential. The southwest ada county area is in desperate need of more commercial
business.
The schools in the area are already overcrowded and the level of service on the roads in the
area is horrible.
Please deny this rezone application and send a clear message to developers that until
commercial needs are adequately addressed the city of Meridian will not allow the rezone
of much needed commercial ground to residential-no matter the density.
