Hello,
My name is Mark Jucha and I am a resident of Century Farm subdivision which would be
directly effected by the approval of this residential permit. I would like to say I am strongly
against the approval of this residential application. Hillsdale elementary is already far over
capacity. The streets have become extremely busy with traffic. CBH was already allowed to
add many homes and condos to come. The YMCA has become much to busy at many
times of the day. Please keep this as future commercial to serve the hundreds of homes
already in the immediate vicinity of the proposed permit.
