I am writing to express my concerns regarding the proposed zoning change of the property from
commercial use to the Hills Century Farm townhome development. Our neighborhood is already
experiencing significant traffic congestion, and adding 72 additional homes—especially on top of the
centerville subdivision that is still under construction—would substantially worsen the situation.
In addition, our area is in great need of more nearby dining and retail options. Preserving this property for
commercial use would better serve the community and support the needs of current residents.
For these reasons, we strongly oppose adding more residential development in this location and believe
the property should remain zoned for commercial use.
