I live in this area, and I disagree with re-zoning the area at Amity & Hillsdale behind St. Luke’s
from residential and commercial to just residential.
In 2019, you already allowed re-zoning to residential of 4 acres and now you’re considering
more re-zoning.
The growth is too much, and there was already a plan for much needed commercial to
support this area of Meridian (which is severely lacking commercial vendors).
Please do not re-zone this area.
