Hello Linda!
am going through the city's final plat checklist for the Baratza phase two submittal.We have a few items on the
checklist that are not applicable to this phase. I was wondering if you could give us the okay to NOT submit these
checklist items, as they are not relevant. See below for the checklist items in question.

Submit a common drive exhibit that depicts setbacks, fencing, building envelope, at
orientation of the lots and structures.
Submit cross section (civil plan drawing) of rp iv ( street to the Planning Di i
applicab1c).
*Any highlighted checklist item above is required unless pre-authorized by a planner
