Street Centerline Elevation Certification PN 123200
Dear Mr. Stewart:
As required by the City's final plat application requirements, please accept this statement certifying that
all street finish centerline elevations are set a minimum of three (3)feet above the highest established
normal groundwater elevation.
In areas where water monitoring suggests groundwater within three (3)feet of existing ground, street
centerline elevations were raised accordingly.
Based on the above information, I certify that groundwater would be greater than three (3)feet below
the designed finished street centerline elevations throughout the project.
