Regarding Action Items 3, 4, & 5 for the November 6, 2025 Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting as
described in the agenda -
I request that the members of the commission deny efforts to rezone from a lower density to a higher
density, specifically for action items 3, 4 &5 wherein the developers request to go from R-4 to R-15 or R-8
to R-15.
The developers do this on purpose - they will ask for a higher density (i.e. R-15) with expectations that
these higher densities will not be allowed, and then "compromise" to a lower density (i.e. R-8, etc.).
If the zone (land) they bought is R-4, then it stays R-4
