The Applicant, Greg Walker, failed to post the property for the Benewah project. The Applicant
requests the project be continued to the next available Commission meeting. Therefore, the Planning
Department is requesting that the project be continued to the May 17, 2007, Planning & Zoning
Commission meeting.
