First Addendum to Development Agreement

"FIRST ADDENDUM TO EXHIBIT "A" LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY TO
THE DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT"(CASE NO. AZ-O1-008)
The following is an addendum to that certain Development Agreement between the City
of Meridian and Lee Centers, L.C. Development, Inc., Centers Constmction, specifically to the
Exhibit "A" pertaining to the Legal Description of Property, which is subsequent to the entering
into of the original development agreement dated July 9, 2002, and recorded in the Ada County
Recorder's office as Instrument No. 102090926, on August 12, 2002.
The parties hereto agree as follows:
A. The Development Agreement dated July 9, 2002, as it pertains to the Exhibit "A"
Legal Description of Property, is amended to read:

L.C. DEVELOPMENT, FRANKLIN ROAD SUBDIVISION
REZONE TO R-40
A pazcel of land located in the NWl/4 of the NEl/4 of Section 18, T.3N., R.lE.,
B.M., Ada County, Idaho, more particulazly described as follows: Commencing at
the comer common to Sections 7,8, 17 and the said Section 18, from which the '/4
comer common to said Sections 7 and 18 bears South 89°46' 13" West, 2654.29 feet;
thence South 89°46' 13" West, 1327.12 feet to the East 1/16 comer common to said
Sections 7 and 18; thence along the West boundary of Medimont Subdivision No. 1,
as same is recorded in Book 75 of Plats at Page 7794, records of Ada County, Idaho
South 00°29' 15" West, 293.00 feet to the REAL POINT OF BEGINNING.
Thence continuing along said West boundary and the West boundary of Medimont

said Medimont Subdivision No. 2;

comer common to Secfions 7, 8,17 and the said Section 18, from whichthe'/< corner
common to said Sections 7 and 18 beazs South 89°46' 13" West, 2654.29 feet; thence
South 89°46' 13" West, 1327.12 feet to the East 1/16 corner common to said Sections
7 and 18 and the REAL POINT OF BEGINNING.

B. Except as modified by this Addendum, the Development Agreement between the
parties dated July 9, 2002, is hereby ratified and confirmed.
