WHEREAS, on October 14, 2025 the City Council of the City of Meridian held a hearing on the vacation of a 20-foot-wide gravity irrigation easement platted on a portion of Lots 13 and 14,Block 2 of Hill's Century Farm Commercial Subdivision No. 2(Book 124,Pages 19913-19915, records of Ada County, Idaho); and WHEREAS, after such hearing, the City Council, by formal motion, did approve said described vacation; and NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN CITY, IDAHO: Section 1. That a 20-foot-wide gravity irrigation easement platted on a portion of Lots 13 and 14, Block 2 of Hill's Century Farm Commercial Subdivision No. 2 (Book 124, Pages 19913- 19915, records of Ada County, Idaho), as fully described in Exhibit"A", is hereby vacated. Section 2. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its adoption and approval.
