Hi Sonya: These findings are good with us. One small note: there’s a point where the staff report says 17 townhomes are in the rezone area. We think that total doesn’t include the eight on the eastern side of N. Webb so we think this should say 25. Other than that and the highlighting about the PBA that I am sure you planned to remove, no other comments. Thanks again for all your work on this.
