The Land Group, Inc. received the staffs request to table this application to the February 4, 2003
meeting. We were notified by the Planning and Zoning Dept. dtat dte Engineering plans [hat
were submitted with the application were only for the construction of Louie's restaurant. We
assumed that this application had been removed from the January 28, 2003 agenda and would be
rescheduled when construction plans for the entire subdivision had been submitted. We agree
that [his application should be tabled to the February 4, 2003 meeting so that staff has adequate
time to review all the information submitted and provide comments.
