Attached is the letter provided by Precision Pump about the pressure irrigation station at Cherry Blossom Place.
This, along with our calculations, supports that the capacity exists to provide irrigation to the 44 existing lots plus
the 3 additional lots in Cherry Blossom East if the full water rights are being received, and that the pump is as
specified with Cherry Blossom Place design.
Based on their observation and opinion, issues that they have seen are caused by not enough water being
provided. As part of the Cherry Blossom East improvements, we will design the weir to ensure that the appropriate
water rights are being delivered to the pump station.

to serve the proposed (3) lots? NMID let me know that they don’t own the system and that water is going out of the

To Whom It May Concern,
I do not believe the low level faults to be due to debris. The times we have been out there,
including today, there has been floating debris but nothing clogging the Clear Water Screen and
the pump vault has only 2" of muck at the bottom of the vault which also wouldn't affect water
availability. It would be a source problem (delivery from canal) or perhaps the pump vault is too
shallow. I do not have the vault measurements to verify.
As for the station performance, it was built as designed, which is 80gpm @ 100 PSI, which this
station can produce effectively. I cannot confirm how many properties this output performance
would accommodate.
