The Contractor is hereby directed to make the following changes from the Contract Documents and
Plans.
Desciption: Excavation, loading covering, hauling & abatement of contaminated soil at the Meridian
Creanery site. Price is $82.00/CY per proposal by David Aparicio dated 11/9/2006 with a Not-To-Exceed
amount of $90,000.00. ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAIN THE SAME.
Reason for Change Order: Contaminated soil discovered that was not on original Haz-Mat Survey.
