Please provide the following information before we can provide a subdivision name reservation letter;
• The name and contact information for the Developer
• The name and contact information for the Owner(s)
• The name and contact information of the Professional Land Surveyor and firm that will be in responsible charge
of the plat
Also, one of the owner entity signors of a recorded plat of Hills Century Farm needs to sign this plat. If a different
owner entity will be signing the new plat a recorded permission to use the subdivision name will be required.
