Public Hearing for Century Farm Master Association Gravity Irrigation Easement (H-2025-0044) by Brighton Corporation, located at 4884 S. Request: A Vacation to vacate the twenty (20) foot gravity irrigation easement and replace it with a new easement that will be rededicated through a new instrument number. The new easement is proposed to be ten (10) feet in width, the same as the public utility, irrigation and drainage easement. Request: Annexation of approximately 15 acres across three (3) parcels of land from Ada County into the City of Meridian with requested zoning of R-8 and R-2 from RUT which includes parcel numbers S1132223130, S1132223210 and S1132223320. Request: Preliminary Plat consisting of 14 single-family lots, including one existing home site to remain and five (5) common lots for a total of 19 lots on 9.72 acres of land (parcels S1132223210 and S113223320). Request: UDC Text Amendment to revise the specific use standards associated with drive-throughs and secondary dwellings in Chapter 4 of the Unified development Code (UDC). Motion to approve made by Councilman Cavener, Seconded by Councilman Overton. Voting Yea: Councilman Taylor, Councilman Overton, Councilwoman Little Roberts, Councilman Whitlock, Councilman Cavener ORDINANCES \[Action Item\] 10. Ordinance No. 25-2100: An ordinance (Ten Mile Flex – H-2025-0027) annexing a parcel of land located in the southeast quarter of the northeast quarter of Section 34, Township 4 North, Range 1 West, Boise Meridian, City of Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, more particularly described in Exhibit “A”; rezoning 5.545 acres of such real property from RUT (Rural Urban Transition) to the I-L (Light Industrial) zoning district; directing city staff to alter all applicable use and area maps as well as the official zoning maps and all official maps depicting the boundaries and the zoning districts of the City of Meridian in accordance with this ordinance; providing that copies of this ordinance shall be filed with the Ada County Assessor, the Ada County Treasurer, the Ada County Recorder, and the Idaho State Tax Commission, as required by law; repealing conflicting ordinances; and providing an effective date.
