The site is located at 625 S Ten Mile Road (parcel number S1215141820). The preliminary plat was approved by Meridian City Council on September 24, 2024. This proposed final plat is in conformance with the approved preliminary plat and with all requirements and provisions of the UDC and with acceptable engineering, architectural and surveying practices and local standards. The property was annexed and zoned in compliance with City of Meridian standards. The applicant also entered into a Development Agreement, recorded as instrument number 2025-022884.
